Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

At Dermabay, your satisfaction is our priority. While we work hard to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition, we understand there may be situations where you may wish to cancel, return, or seek a refund. Please review our policy below for clarity.

Cancellation Policy
  • You may cancel a prepaid order before it has been shipped. Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to decline the delivery.
  • Please note: COD orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item(s) reach our distribution center and pass a quality check.
  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days to your original mode of payment.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.
Return Guidelines

Our products are crafted with great care to add joy to your skincare ritual. However, if you receive a product that is not as expected, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Return
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product received
How to Initiate a Return

  • File a return request within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at info.dermabay@gmail.com.
  • Share video proof of unboxing if the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or has missing items. This helps us resolve your concern quickly.
  • Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm the next steps.
  • In most locations across India, we will arrange a pickup from your address. If pickup is unavailable, we may request you to ship the product to our nearest center.
  • Once received and verified, we will issue either a replacement (subject to stock availability) or a refund within 24 hours.
Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

    1. Opened, used, or partially used products
    2. Discounted or promotional items
  • Please decline delivery if a package appears to have been tampered with or opened.
  • Dermabay is not liable for any damage that occurs after successful delivery.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed.
  • Video of Box Opening is required to raise any return request.
