Refund and Cancellation Guidelines
At Dermabay, we're passionate about ensuring your absolute satisfaction!
We appreciate that selecting the right skincare items is deeply personal. Hence, we are more than willing to fully refund any full-priced, unopened, or unused items returned to our distribution center within seven days from the date they were delivered.
Don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we'll arrange to pick up the item from most locations in India.
If you receive any item in an opened state, feel free to decline it upon delivery.
Please be informed that we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds on discounted, opened, or used products, nor are we responsible for any damage that may occur once the product has been delivered.
Upon receiving your returned product at our nearest distribution center, we'll promptly initiate your refund and notify you via email.
Shipping Guidelines
We're delighted to provide complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders & COD orders above INR 599.
For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders below INR 599, we levy a nominal fee of INR 50 regardless of order value.

Domestic Delivery - 7-14 business days*
Dermabay assumes no responsibility for items signed for by an unauthorized individual.
Dermabay cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs post-delivery.
Any discrepancies or damage must be reported to our customer service team on the day of delivery or the next business day at info.dermabay@gmail.com
Return Guidelines
Our Dermabay team invests considerable effort into creating, testing, and fine-tuning every product before it reaches you. Our aim is to sprinkle a little joy into your daily skincare ritual. Nonetheless, if you feel the need to return any products, here's what you should do:
(1) File a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product(s) received is wrong or expired, at info.dermabay@gmail.com
(2) Please allow two business days for us to assess your return request.
(3) Once we receive your product(s), we'll evaluate it against your claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacements are contingent on stock availability.
Products can be returned for the following reasons:
(1) Incorrect product delivery
(2) Delivery of expired product
(3) Delivery of damaged product

Once your returned order is received, our service team will review it. If your claims are validated, we'll process a refund within 24 hours.
